Every Davis Portable Building we sell comes with:

• All exposed nails are ring shanked and galvanized for maximum strength with no rust spots or stains.
• New venting system creates optimum air circulation throughout your building, thus reducing moisture and mold.
• Premium pressure-treated 4″x6″ skids, notched every 16″ – 1.5″ deep into the runner to prevent twisting of the 2″x6″ treated floor joists. All floor joists are treated to prevent rotting and termites.
• 3/4″ tongue & groove flooring insures against shrinking and prevents small insects and rodents from entering through the floor.
• 2′ x 6′ Loft Supports and Double Gusset Trusses.
• 12′ – 16′ buildings measured eave to eave.
• Smart Panel Painted Siding has a 50-year warranty, the first 5 years are all-inclusive: labor, materials, nails and paint.
• Premium Grade OSB for roof decking.
• 2′ x 4′ framed barn doors come with our signature, exclusive design.
• Free set-up and delivery within a 50-mile radius, thereafter $2.50 per mile.

Lease to Own

Our lease-to-own option has been established as an alternative to mini-storage rental. Our no strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business – when and where you need it. We will custom build any portable building to fit your needs.

The low monthly lease rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You do not have to fill out a credit application. All lease payments are based on 36-months.
